REQUIRED RENTAL DOCUMENTS
THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE
When collecting the vehicle, both the main driver and additional drivers must present a valid Driving Licence and a valid Passport.
A driving licence must be presented in legible Roman letters.
An International Driving Permit (IDP) will be required if the driving licence is written in characters different to those of the renting country.
A credit card in the name of the main driver is required, with sufficient funds for both the security deposit and for any service or extras requested locally. The Credit card must be in the full name and surname of the driver and display the 16 numbers. The PIN code will be required.
The Flexible Autos voucher is required when picking up your rental car.
All paper driving licences and a paper counter part licences which have been laminated, will not be accepted as valid, as security features on the licences can not be seen when placed under the violet lamps at the rental counter.
Driving Licences must be held for a minimum of 1 years.
Vietnam licences accepted with original licence with an authorised translation issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport, at time of rental.
All Italian citizens need to provide a valid Italian fiscal code card when picking up rental vehicle.
The following deposit will be debited at the start of the rental:
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Please note, that payments with credit card may require the PIN of the credit card.
Form of payment accepted: American Express credit card, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard Debit Cards, Visa credit card, Visa Debit Cards
Form of payment NOT accepted: Cheques, Cash, Credit and Debit cards for electronic use only, Maestro, Cards not issued by a bank, Prepaid cards, Unembossed cards, Solo, Virtual cards, Visa electron
For some car groups (Premium & Dream) you may be required to present one or two credit cards but not a debit card
Unless otherwise indicated all costs indicated in these terms and conditions are subject to local taxes and fees.
The CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) amounts are dependant on the car group:
THE FUEL POLICY IS
Cars will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. Otherwise the client will be charged for missing fuel, plus a refuelling charge.
THE AGE RESTRICTIONS ARE
All charges exclude tax and local fees, unless otherwise stated.
The Minimum Age for drivers are:
There is no maximum age limit (Subject to the driving licence expiration and licence requirements)
ADDITIONAL DRIVER REQUIRMENTS ARE
Additional drivers have a local charge of 9.50 EUR per day plus local taxes with a maximum charge of 171 EUR per rental plus local taxes.
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements, accompany the main driver when picking the rental car up and sign the rental agreement.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ARE
Driving the vehicle without prior consent outside of the hire country will invalidate the agreed insurance coverage.
CROSS BORDER/INTERNATIONAL ONE-WAYS
International one-way travel is NOT available. The vehicle insurance will be deemed void if vehicles are not returned to the agreed pick-up location.
Please confirm, either at the time of booking and/or at the pick-up location, any restrictions and additional costs: if you are intending to drive across the border of the rental country.
The Cross Border charge is 13 EUR. The charge is payable locally, upon collection of the rental car.
NATIONAL ONE-WAY TRAVEL
For National one-way travel, we will confirm the availability and the price of this service once the reservation has been made and we have received a confirmation from the supplier.
THE GRACE PERIOD IS
The supplier establishes a grace period of 29 minutes from the indicated time in the reservation.
Additional collection fees, administrative and out of hours charges may also be applicable if the vehicle is returned late without prior notice.
THE AVAILABLE EXTRAS ARE
Optional Extras, are to be paid locally, they do NOT include local taxes and fee unless otherwise stated. Extras cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Providing the Delivery and Collection service is available, confirmation will be given at the time of booking.
OUT OF HOURS SERVICE
THE OUT OF HOURS SERVICE AVAILABILITY IS
The Out of Hours service is an on request service and may not be available at all locations. This service may incur additional charges, such as: Out of Hours pick-up/drop-off fee, airport/location fees and taxes.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INFORMATION
In case of a breakdown customers must stay with the car and contact the rental office for assistance. Telephone numbers are on the rental paperwork, please confirm at the time of pick-up of the rental vehicle.
In case of an accident, the customer must remain with the vehicle, and complete a police report at the time of the incident.
In case of theft of the vehicle or vehicle equipment customers must contact the rental office and make a report to the police.
EXTRA INFORMATION AND COSTS
Snow/winter chains are charged at 7 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 35 EUR per rental.
Snow/winter tyres are charged at 20 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 240 EUR per rental.
Disabled permit holders are kindly required to check with local authorities of the town, where they travel through, the regularity and validity of their permits, completing the procedures of the local association and communication of the hired car license plate.
DELAYED OR DIVERTED FLIGHTS
Reservations will be held for 2 hour(s) from the specified reservation time after which they will be classed as a no-show. If a customer arrives after this time then a vehicle is not assured. We will do everything possible to provide a vehicle. This may include offering a different vehicle and rates may be different to the original booking. Flight numbers provided are for informational purposes only. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the location of any delays
TRAFFIC ADMINISTRATION FINES
If the customer receives a traffic fine, such as but not limited to, a speeding or parking fine, the customer will be charge per offence
PETS ON BOARD
No pets on board of the rented vehicle are allowed , except guide dogs.
Pets can only be transported in the vehicle kept in a carrier. The vehicle must be cleaned before return. If a customer is found not to have done so, a cleaning fee will be charged. Please inform the supplier at the time of booking

Additional Cost such as: Towing charges. Fines. Administrative expenses for fines. Traffic congestion charges and penalties. Administrative expenses for damages. Expenses for loss of use. Toll. Extra cleaning. Special services and any other concept not included in the section of what is included.

Driver negligence''s and deliberate damage/loss, are not covered by the suppliers insurance waivers, and will incur additional costs and administration charges, if the customer has been found to have acted against the terms and conditions of the rental agreement:
